If you’re on your way from Takatsuki Station to our guesthouse and looking for something to eat, I highly recommend checking out Power’s, a local supermarket located by the road number 8.
What you can get
It’s a paradise for ready-to-eat meals. Power’s offers a wide variety of bento boxes, ranging from classic choices like fried chicken and fish fry to yakitori, perfect for accompanying drinks. They also have unique options such as Keema Curry Croquettes.There are some supermarkets around the guesthouse, and Power’s is my favorite because of those prepared meals. On weekends, they also have a variety of large rice balls filled with delicious ingredients.
Takoyaki counter
The bento boxes are located towards the back of the store, but right at the entrance, you’ll also find a take-out teppanyaki counter.
They offer takoyaki, taiyaki, okonomiyaki, soft-serve ice cream, beverages, and more.It’s also convenient that you can warm up meals and enjoy it in the indoor seating area.
Powers, which also houses a pharmacy, might be convenient for longer stays at the guesthouse.
